So michelle went up to placement up in Dubbo Last week and she's almost due to return in a few days.
Life is suddenly strange without her.
Don't get me wrong, i miss her lots. I miss having her around. I miss her company and I miss everything about her, but at the same time I actually had the opportunity to go out and have dinner with my mates and go out drinking without getting in trouble for petty things.
Shes due to return in 2 days and i cant wait to see her but i have loved and enjoyed every moment of my 2 weeks of freedom hehe
I miss her packed lunches and packed meals and drinks.
The past 2 weeks i have made some of my own lunches but the other days and lunches i just cheated and went and bought lunch.
I am addicted to this new Crispy Chicken and pineapple burger they have at maccas and man is it delicious!
Try it out if you have a chance man, its so good.
Anyway tonight i had Curry Chicken from the shop with some boiled rice and opened a bottle of my most absolute favorite wine Penfolds Bin407 Year2008 is my most favorite wine.
I like alot of the Bin407 Range but this Year is one of the ones that i just absolutely adore. This specific bottle is about $95 a bottle, but you can't really put a price on happiness right ?
Anyways the other day i bumped into a work colleague called Billy G and he said he was retiring. 42 years. Thats right 42 Years in the field, The man has watched the rise of the telecommunications network and watched the Dial up internet THEN the ADSL ONE and ADSL TWO come to life and also the NBN Fibre broadband come to life. Its a shame that we will lose 42 years of Field experience but I and along with everyone else that went out that night to farewell you Billy G wish you the best with what ever en devours you should choose. I am sure you will go on holidays and travel around the country or Aus as i bet you have never had the leave to do that before, Right ?
I met up with everyone at the sydney junction hotel right after work on friday night and i arrived about 8:30 and heaps of them were absolutely hammered ! hahaha
By the time i got there at 8:30 there were some who started drinking at about 4:30 right after work! Thats right they pub crawled down Beaumont St from work to the venue just drinking and perving haha, Nothing wrong with having a perve haha.
Anyways later that night before i left i got a photo with Pete Johnsy on the left of the photo and Grant B on the right.
These two i owe everything to These 2 lads taught me as much as they could in my short 6 month traineeship. Grant let me fall and fail to help me learn and make sure i remembered to not do it again, he taught me the art and he also taught me where all the best coffee shops are around town.
So thats what i have been up to, but along with that a mate recently opened a new coffee shop in town and not lying just cause i know him, the coffee is pretty good! Its a really nice and sweet blend. His partner even makes Watermelon Cake and its damn good.

While michelle is up in Dubbo her great friend Esther actually came over to accompany her up there, such a nice friend !
So not last saturday but the one before that i picked her up from newcastle airport and took her out to the vineyards for lunch, well....when i say lunch i mean Dessert lunch? if theres such a thing hahahaha.

The looks we were getting were so funny, She chose the daily special of the Chocolate Brownie with Whisky lit on fire and then served with Biscotti and Sesame Ice-cream. I how ever on the other hand did not hold back at all. I got the passionfruit cheesecake Cone and the Medley Tasting Plate, we shared both of course. The Tasting Plate from close to far had - Pistachio Triangle Tart, Black Forrest Cake, Strawberries and cream, Lemon Tart and a Ferrero Rocher Cake. MMMMMmmmmmmmmm Nom Nom Nom Nom. So tasty hehe.
