To speak forward or to remain peaceful ?

I am always given the situation that there is someone that i should say something to before i loose them. i know this because i have had it happen to me once before. You made a move to see if i was interested or not, but what did i do ? NOTHING
and then what happens ? now you have a boyfriend and you have also moved in with him, i mean seriously FML.
I learnt from a mate that it doesn't hurt to express what you feel, of course unless it makes or leaves someone else in pain. But to speak to a girl you think is quite cute is something that i should just DO. When i think of Yellow Fever i wonder whether or not its because us asian guys are shy therefore we keep loosing our asian girls to white guys. hmmmmm i got told that girls like guys to be confident in themselves and approach them as at least it shows intention and yeah.
Graham wu ahh graham wu ! stop being soo shy when you see a cute girl and go and talk to her !!! sometimes though when i see a cute girl i choke lol and then it just doesnt happen and she leaves *sighs* and this situation im talking about ? only happend to me the other day *sighs* D=
On this very day at this very moment i have to make a decision whether or not to say anything.
